Taper interlocks are used as integral parts of plastic injection molding process. Here 'Taper' denotes the difference of top and bottom parts diameter.  Data provided on taper of the angle of clearance or of a side wall is used for effective removal of molded part from mold. 'Interlock' denotes the locking process of the movable type half and fixed type half of mold are locked with each other.  Developed from high speed steel, these interlocks are highly durable, have low maintenance cost and have accurate dimension.
